1.5 T orange zest
10 oz brie
1.5 cups cranberry sauce

Roll out puff pastry and cut into sections the length of the sausage and able to completely roll and cover. Cut brie thin into the length of the sausage and place on the puff pastry. Add a thin amount of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle a little zest on the brie and a little salt and pepper. Add the sausage on top of the brie and a little more zest on top of the sausage. Add another thin amount of cranberry sauce, a little more zest and top with another thin slice of brie salt and pepper. Roll puff pastry around the sausage and brie. Egg wash the top with beaten egg and tsp of water. Sprinkle turbinado sugar and bake 350 for 10-15 min or until golden brown.
