Jason Riels is a native Texan as well as a graduate of Texas A&M University and The Culinary Institute of America. After graduating culinary school, Jason led culinary teams at a private club in Indiana and at a coastal seafood restaurant in Texas, before changing career paths to food sales. He quickly learned he had a passion for selling artisanal food as much as cooking and creating it. With over 16 years of branded sales and sales management with brands like Plugra, Borden and Nueske’s, Jason joined the Bovine & Swine team as Southwest Regional Sales Director in 2022.
