Smoked Andouille Appetizer
2 lbs Bovine & Swine andouille sausage cut on a bias 1.5 cup bbq sauce
1 can cranberry sauce
2 T soy sauce
1 T fish Sauce
2 T Whole grain mustard 2 T honey
1 orange zested
1 tsp cayenne
Add all ingredients to a pot except the andouille sausage and simmer for 5 minutes. Add Andouille and warm another 5 min. Add to a dish and serve with toothpicks
